Release Frequency
Within the section "Setup > Release Frequency," it is possible to manage the calendar for the release of training content.
The calendar is divided by service and becomes visible when the licenses for the respective service are created.
There are different types of release, which become selectable when the "Active" toggle is checked.
Custom Release (recommended): it is possible to choose the day and time slot for setting the release. The release time is indicative as it depends on the platform load.
First day of each month: automatically, all releases will be set for the first day of each month.
First Monday of each month: automatically, all releases will be set for the first Monday of each month.
NOTE: When choosing one of the last two options, the calendar will be populated with placeholders. However, only the actual number of contents will be released. For example, if the course includes 12 contents, even if the calendar seems to indicate more scheduled releases, the actual releases will stop upon reaching the 12 planned contents.
Custom Release
If you choose to set releases according to a custom schedule, you can set the view to "Week" and select the time slot for each day to "Add" the release.
It is important to remember that the set time is indicative as the release times depend on the platform load.
NOTE: a release cannot be planned for the same day, but must be scheduled at least one day in advance.
Cup Release
When setting releases, it is important to consider the cups. These learning consolidation tests are considered training content in their own right, and therefore their release must be scheduled correctly within the platform.
For example, at the 3rd, 6th, 9th, and 12th release, it is possible to set a double release, so that the cup is immediately available after the completion of these modules.
Instant Release
Through the specific button "Instant Release", it is possible to immediately release a training content.
Release in Case of Multiple Paths
If there are multiple training paths related to the same service, such as two levels of Awareness, the release calendar will still be unique. It is not possible to manage releases with different frequencies for the various training paths of the same service.
Furthermore, it will be sufficient to set a single release: this will be valid for each of the paths associated with the company, ensuring simplified management of releases.
