Licence Distribution

Once the licenses are created (License Creation), they can be distributed to users.

The assignment can be done in four ways:

• individual

• bulk

• automatic

• based on the organization

Choose the type of service for which you want to assign the license and click on the three vertical dots and then on "Distribute licenses".

If the license assignment is targeted only to certain users, you can click on the "+ Add" button and search for the user through the appropriate search bar and select them.

This feature allows you to assign the license to all users loaded onto the platform. By clicking the "+Add All" button, the license is assigned to all users indiscriminately.

Note: Before assigning the licenses, it is important to verify whether the Student Caring event "First License Association Awareness or Channel" is active or not.

AUTOMATIC LICENSE ASSIGNMENT
Automatic license assignment is a feature that simplifies the management of service licenses on a platform. When this function is enabled, every new user added to the platform automatically receives a license for the specific service.

If the Student Caring event "First License Association Awareness or Channel" is active, in addition to the automatic license assignment, the user will also receive an automatic welcome email (with login credentials if SSO is not enabled)

This optimizes the license management process, ensuring that all users have immediate access to the necessary services.
