User Dashboard

Edited

The ‘Dashboard’ section provides the student with a comprehensive overview of training activities and relevant information regarding their progress and, if active, gamification. The various widgets within the dashboard are intended to guide the user through the training process and allow a quick view of the most important information.

Widgets in the student dashboard

  • Your activities

  • Rankings (if gamification is active)

  • Additional content (Cyber Pills) if present

  • Your progress (present in each section of the platform)

  • Cyber Score (present in every section of the platform).

NB: Users with multiple roles can select the desired role in the menu at the top right to view the platform. If they choose ‘Student’, they gain access to the training course; if they opt for ‘Supervisor’, they gain access to reporting and details on company performance. This same logic applies to any other roles associated with the same user.

Note: The menu on the left can be reduced by clicking on the icon at the bottom left of the sidebar, shown in the image.

Your activities

The ‘Your Activities’ section shows a preview of 3 pieces of training content

  • If the content is accessible, there will be a play button.

  • If the content is blocked, this may depend on:

    • The sequencing of the modules (the content will be unlocked upon completion of the previous module).

    • The content has not yet been released.

Rankings

Within the dashboard the student can view their score and position. The following rankings are available:

  • Ranking of all participants in the training course

  • Ranking of all participants in the same team as the user

  • Ranking of all teams

The ranking data is updated daily.

The names of other users participating in the training course are obscured.

Note: The visibility of the rankings is an option configurable at company level.

Additional content

The cyber pills offer insights into the topic of cyber security and are available in the dashboard as well as in the training plan.

Your progress

On the right-hand side, users can analyse their progress by seeing in detail the percentage of completed tasks out of those available, phishing mails reported, badges obtained and points earned.

The entry ‘reported mails’ is not always visible (this is a company setting). The figure, which shows the number of reported mails out of the number of received mails, is updated to the last completed campaign. The data is therefore not updated in real time, so that it can be consolidated correctly.

If gamification is enabled for phishing, the corresponding points will be updated at the end of the campaign.

The other information in the ‘Your Progress’ section is updated daily.

The Cyber Score

The cyber score shows the student's achievements for five key dimensions

  • Active Defence and Behaviour: assessment of the behaviour achieved in recognising phishing attacks

  • Learning: assessment of achievements based on CGA tests

  • Participation and Update: alignment and regularity with the training plan
