Management of Featured Companies in the Dashboard
The "Featured Companies" section of the dashboard is designed to simplify and optimize the management of Companies that require urgent attention. This section exclusively lists the Companies that present critical situations or activities that need to be monitored, such as:
Campaigns Pending Approval
Expiring Licenses
Issues with a Release
The goal of this feature is to focus attention on the most urgent aspects and make the management of Companies more effective, preventing important tasks from being overlooked. Let’s take a closer look at how this section works and how to make the best use of it.
What is Displayed in the "Featured Companies" Section?
The "Featured Companies" section displays only the Companies that have at least one of the following situations:
Campaign Pending Approval
If a phishing campaign is awaiting approval, the Company will be highlighted. This allows for timely intervention to approve the campaign and initiate the planned activity.Expiring Licenses
When one or more licenses associated with a Company are nearing expiration, it will be highlighted. This way, administrators can easily monitor and renew licenses to avoid service interruptions.Issues with a Release
If there is a problem with a release, such as the unavailability of content or a technical error, the Company will be flagged in the section. This allows for quick action to resolve the issue and ensure service continuity.
The section is designed to be a quick reference point, allowing focus on what requires immediate intervention. When a Company appears highlighted, an alert symbol (a warning icon) will be displayed next to its name, indicating the presence of a problem or an activity that needs approval.
This feature provides a clear and up-to-date real-time overview of what is happening with each Company, enabling the right corrective actions to be taken without wasting time.
In the "Company Management" section, it is also possible to view the alert; by clicking on it, you can see the type of error.
