Company Configuration

Once the company has been created, you will land on the section "Configuration > General".

In this section, you can enter some additional information about the company. Fields marked with an asterisk indicate mandatory information.

You need to provide the following details:

• VAT Number*

• Company Name*

• Registered Office*

• Country*

• Time Zone*

• Supported Languages: select the languages that will be available to users. It is essential to include among the supported languages those that users might use to access training content. For example, if a user needs to access content in English, it is important to add English among the supported languages; otherwise, they will not be able to access it. If a language is entered for which no training content is available, the user will default to viewing in English.

• Default Language*: this is the language that will be automatically assigned to users if this value is not specified in the user list during upload.

• Email Domain: by entering a domain in this field, only that domain will be enabled to receive phishing simulations.

• Support Email*: if you want to specify a support address different from the default one (support@cyberguru.eu), you must indicate it in this section. Changes can be viewed in the "Support" section.

Once all the information has been entered, you can click on “Continue.
