What tools do I have at my disposal?

Within the dashboard in the specific section “Your activities”, you can access your training content and consult your progress. Each lesson can be enjoyed via a video or text lesson that contain the same thematic content. After each video you must take a test to continue to the next lesson within the program.
You can also access your training program in the section “Training Plan” highlighted in red in the image.
