Supervisor Dashboard

Edited

The "Dashboard" section provides the supervisor with an overview of the progress and performance of the corporate population.

Within this section are the following widgets:

  • Cyber Score

  • Performance

  • Awareness

  • Channel

  • Phishing

  • Rankings

NB. Users with multiple roles can select the desired role in the top right menu to view the platform. If they choose 'Student', they gain access to the training course; if they opt for 'Supervisor', they gain access to reporting and details on company performance. This same logic applies to any other roles associated with the same user

Cyber score

The graph shows the trend over time in the cyber score of the corporate population.

The Cyber Score, which shows the team's achievements for five key dimensions:

  • Active Defense and Behavior: assessment of behavior achieved on recognition of phishing attacks

  • Learning: assessment of results achieved based on CGA testing

  • Participation and Updating: alignment and regularity with the training plan

Performance

On the right side of the screen, the supervisor has the ability to monitor the progress of the corporate population: users are divided into four categories based on their degree of participation in the program:

  • In Line

  • Regular

  • Non-regular

  • Inactive

The supervisor has the option of sending a communication or reminders to all users belonging to a certain category, simply by clicking on the e-mail icon next to it.Awareness, Channel e Phishing

Instead, the three widgets represent the three sections of the platform

  • Awareness

  • Channel

  • Phishing

Note: The widgets present vary according to the training paths purchased and the presence or absence of the phishing simulations.

The "Awareness" and "Channel" widgets show the distribution of users according to their degree of participation in the training program (modules and episodes).

The "Phishing" widget, on the other hand, shows how simulated attacks are distributed in relation to users' behavior toward such attacks (e.g., whether they click, ignore, or report the cyber attack).

By clicking on any widget within the "Dashboard" section, the supervisor is taken back to the "Statistics" section to view in detail the data that make up the widget.

Rankings

The supervisor can, finally, view the overall ranking of users and to know their position within that ranking. In addition, he/she can access the specific ranking of the users of his/her team to which he/she belongs.

He/she also has the ability to view the team rankings to monitor the position of his/her team to which he/she belongs.
