Access the platform

In order to access the Cyber Guru 2.0 platform, it is necessary to click on the "Login Platform" button contained within the email with the subject line "Cybersecurity Login Details".

In case of problems or non-receipt of the access email, you can write to the dedicated support email address support@cyberguru.eu or use the "Forgot your password?" function by entering your company email or username and clicking "Submit".

An email will arrive at the indicated email box (or one associated with the username) from the address no- reply@cyberguru.eu with subject "Reset password" within which there is a button to set the new password.

It is important to be careful: if an incorrect address is typed, the system will not send the email to set the new password.

In case of non-receipt, please wait a few minutes or repeat the procedure before writing to the email support@cyberguru.eu.

In the case of Single Sign On, the platform is accessed with the company login details, in which case the "Forgot Password" procedure obviously does not apply.

When you log in for the first time, you will be shown a welcome pop-up that will contain hyperlinks to the "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy". By clicking on "Start", you confirm your acceptance of these conditions.
