Recover MX M365 for Connector Enablement

To properly configure the connector in our system, it is necessary to obtain the hostname of the Microsoft 365 MX record. This process is essential to ensure that email communications are routed correctly and without interruptions. Below are the steps to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center console and retrieve the MX value:

1. Access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

2. Click on "Settings" > "Domains"

3. Select the relevant domain

4. Go to the "DNS Records" tab

5. Click on "MX"

6. Copy the MX value and share it with the Cyber Guru contact

If the MX value is not populated, remember that all MX365 Hostnames for domains are similar to the following:
